Move buildings when you change your mind. Earlier neighborhoods keep working while you explore the next one. There's room to find a clever route, or just enjoy watching your little town grow.

Little Canal Town is on Steam, and the playtest is open. Ask for access and you can be building a town this afternoon.
It is rough in places. That is the point of letting people in this early, and the things you tell us are what it gets fixed with.
A free demo comes later, and there is no release date yet. Wishlisting is the thing that tells Steam to tell you when there is.
